Hartford 2000, working with other groups and organizations, has developed the Neighborhood Standards as a tool to help improve the quality of life in Hartford.

These standards on the first page are intended for use among neighbors and/or by landlords or condominium associations. Those on page 2 may be used by police and others for enforcement purposes.
